Wedgewood Awarded Extension of Strategic Planning Support Contract
WASHINGTON, DC—Wedgewood, a provider of workforce development solutions for government enterprises, announced it has signed a contract extension with The Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA) to provide strategic planning facilitation and support to develop their fiscal year 2009-2010 Strategic Plan.
Under this extension, Wedgewood will use its proven Strategic Management RoadmapTM as Wedgewood team members collaborate with DTSA leadership to design a plan that incorporates feedback and input from employees at all levels of the organization as well as their stakeholders. DTSA's Strategic Plan will ensure goal alignment with the organization's mission and vision, and cascade strategic goals down to individual performance goals. This plan will enhance their current performance as it will set a clear direction for its future, set a path for success, and establish metrics to assess results.
